Len the Plumber Heating & Air is hiring a Branch Manager (HVAC only) to lead our high-performing residential HVAC operations across Horsham and Boothwyn, PA. This is a key leadership role with full P&L responsibility and oversight of service and install teams. What You’ll Do • Lead all HVAC branch operations (service, install, customer experience) for Horsham & Boothwyn. • Build and execute strategic business plans aligned to company KPIs and growth targets. • Drive revenue and margin through pricing, capacity planning, add-on services, and market expansion. • Own budgeting/forecasting; manage to P&L targets with rigorous KPI cadence. • Recruit, develop, and mentor managers, technicians, and support staff; build a performance culture. • Partner with leadership on onboarding, technical/leadership training, and career paths. • Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards. What You Bring • 5+ years of leadership in residential HVAC (service & install). • Proven success managing P&L, KPIs, and (ideally) multi-site operations. • Excellent communication, coaching, and change-leadership skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. • Sales and customer service orientation with a track record of conversion and CSAT gains.
