Overview: We are seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician III, also referred to as a Plant Operations Technician III or Boiler Operator III. The Hospital Maintenance Tech III is responsible for advanced maintenance and repairs on hospital systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment to ensure a safe and operational healthcare environment. This role also supports emergency response, preventive maintenance, and facility projects while coordinating with staff and contractors to minimize disruption to patient care. You must have: 1. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints. 2. Valid state drivers license. 3. Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc) 4. High School Diploma or equivalent required Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus: 1.
