HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: As an integral member of the Facilities Team, this position is responsible for: • Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance across multiple sites within an expansive geographic area. • Efficiently handle a substantial volume of service requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure prompt resolution. • Collaborate with facilities management and operations teams to assess facility requirements and project planning. • Supervise facility maintenance contracts and oversee preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. • Administer the facility work order system, ensuring timely assignment and completion of all work orders. • Serve on a rotating on-call schedule for facility issues once a month. • Serve as the primary contact for vendors and contractors, managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance and service delivery. • Accurately input and track data in the work order system to monitor service requests and assign tasks to the appropriate providers. · Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, ice machines, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures. · Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. · Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems to identify and implement solutions. · Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations. · Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory. · Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. · Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. · Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.
