Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and reliable HVAC solutions. Duties • Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment. • Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installation projects. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role. • Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and mechanics. • Ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. • Familiarity with field service operations is a plus. • Valid driver's license is required. • Certification or training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory. • *Key Requirements:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC Company. - Must possess your own tools. - EPA certification is required .- TDLR certification is a plus. - Must be able to pass a drug test. - Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
