JOB ANNOUNCEMENT HVAC Laborer HHWP Community Action Commission, a local non-profit in Findlay, is looking for a full-time HVAC Laborer for our Weatherization and Facilities Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting HVAC Installers and the HVAC Supervisor in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the HVAC field, with training and supervision provided. No prior HVAC experience is required, but preferred—just a willingness to learn, work hard, and contribute to a team that supports families and homes in our five-county service area.
