HVAC Laborer

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT HVAC Laborer HHWP Community Action Commission, a local non-profit in Findlay, is looking for a full-time HVAC Laborer for our Weatherization and Facilities Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting HVAC Installers and the HVAC Supervisor in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the HVAC field, with training and supervision provided. No prior HVAC experience is required, but preferred—just a willingness to learn, work hard, and contribute to a team that supports families and homes in our five-county service area. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Must be able to stand, walk, bend and climb for extended periods of time. You must be comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including confined or elevated spaces. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, maintain state minimum amount of automobile liability insurance as well as the ability to meet and maintain all funding source requirements.
