If you excel at diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems and are committed to providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply. We are accepting Full-time and Part-time applicants What you'll do: • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance with minimal supervision. • Educate customers on our products, services, and replacement options in a clear, professional manner. • Communicate effectively with our service coordinator, sales team, and customers. • Maintain accurate and timely records of all service calls and paperwork. • Uphold a professional and punctual work ethic at all times. • Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely on ladders (up to 28' extension ladders). What you'll bring: • EPA Certification is required. • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. • Must have at least 1 year of experience in HVAC troubleshooting and repair. • Must be able to demonstrate ability to perform routine preventative maintenance with minimal assistance or supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of soldering • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service. • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Must have your own basic industry tools. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
