Complete Control, Inc. is accepting applications for a Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to serve areas in Central Wisconsin. We are a union based company. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC and DDC controls on related equipment as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to use troubleshooting guidelines to quickly and accurately identify problems with HVAC components - built-up systems and package units - which may include chillers, air handlers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, air conditioning systems, refrigeration, and temperature controls. • Ability to coordinate and execute projects in a timely and cost effective manner in order fulfill contractual commitments • Ability to respond to heavy workload service calls in a professional manner • Ability to incorporate solution techniques to assist other service representatives to resolve customer concerns, issues and problems • Ability to promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork • Ability to communicate with manager/dispatcher regarding new developments, changes or customer issues Requirements and/or Preferences: • Minimum of 3 years experience with maintenance of commercial HVAC systems • Ability to work independently in a timely and cost efficient manner • Universally EPA certified • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass random drug testing • High school graduate or equivalent • Technical degree is preferred • Ability to use a personal laptop and smart phone Compensation includes a union package. Use power and hand tools, powered vehicles, machinery, and PPE as directed and required by Source, customer, and contract policy. • Escalate problems and concerns (safety, quality of work, etc.) to on-site senior technicians or project managers promptly. • Maintain clean and professional jobsites/work areas at all time. Properly store, disassemble, or remove all spare and waste materials created on assigned jobsites. • Provide assistance and support to senior technician/s on a job. • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner. • Perform other duties as assigned.
