Electrician - 1st Shift - Pay up to $26/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. You will work a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime until 4:40 PM. Occasionally, shifts may extend to Saturdays until noon. Responsibilities • Read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and schematic drawings. • Follow verbal instructions for work assignments. • Plan conduit routes based on technical drawings and use a conduit bender to navigate around physical obstacles. • Weld strut supports to mount conduit securely to compressor packages. • Install various electrical components and instrumentation on compressor systems. • Pull and terminate multiple types of wiring, including control, power, and signal wiring. Essential Skills • Experience with electrical benders and 480V systems. • At least 3 years of electrical work experience. • Strong math skills. • Experience with term junction boxes and routing. • Ability to operate a scissor lift up to 25 feet. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings. • Familiarity with electrical components, instrumentation, and compressor package systems. • Skilled in conduit bending, routing, and welding for mounting purposes. • Experience pulling and terminating various types of wiring. • Understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices.
