Responsibilities: • Diagnoses mechanical problems using charts, diagnostic software, technical manuals and expertise. • Able to fix single and 3 phase electrical power, perform mig and stick welding, and work on conveyor, compactor, and baler systems. • Perform preventative maintenance according to standard schedules. • Overhauls or replaces machine components and replace worn items. • Communicates with supervisor for clarification of problems.
