Job Descriptions: 360 Power Solutions is seeking to hire an Electrical Service Technician who will test and repair electrical equipment, primarily load banks and associated power equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electrical circuits. Knowledge of electrical components; including distributed control systems and logic controllers. Primary responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting and repairing functional problems by utilizing wiring diagrams and test procedures of electronic systems and components. Properly record and correct both physical and electrical nonconformance issues per test specifications. Performs the final inspection operation on all tested units. Promote a safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications for the Electrical Test Technician Position: 2-year Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent two-year college/technical school or equivalent. Knowledge of electrical principals and power management. Ability to read and interpret schematics of complex electrical and mechanical circuits and execute repairs. Knowledge of PLC interface, computer programming and networking skills are a strong plus. Knowledge of LO/TO and OSHA electrical safety. Electrical Maintenance Technician

General Information • Electrical Maintenance Technician • Canton, OH • Up to $27.50/hour based on experience (+ 4% shift premium for nights) • Night shift 9pm-7am Monday – Friday, with some half days on Saturday as needed • Direct Hire opportunity As the Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the facility and electrical equipment. Duties/Responsibilities • Install, inspect, maintain, repair, and wire all electrical apparatus, devices and circuits of any voltage. • Test equipment and instruments (lathe, electrical welder, soldering equipment, power hand drills and grinders, hand tools, drill press, saws, pipe benders, and safety devices) • Repair and replace parts and supplies on all types and sizes of AC and DC electrical equipment (motors, generators, circuit breakers, power distribution and control circuits, conduit and fittings, wire and cable, hardware, insulation, solder) • Analysis of drawings and wiring diagrams to install circuits and equipment and to determine the need for and method of repair or replacement. • Plans working procedure, consider all safety precautions and the proper isolation of circuits. • Locates sources of electrical troubles by tracing and testing circuits for faulty operation. • Dismantles, inspects, repairs, adjusts or replaces parts and wiring on motors, generators, distribution and control panels, circuit breakers, electronic devices, etc. • Install or re-assembles tests and adjusts equipment for safe and proper operation. May perform work on hot lines when required. • Fabricates parts as required. Skills/Qualifications • Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical devices and circuits in a manufacturing environment. • Able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, etc. • Must be able to move 50 lbs of material on a regular basis, with occasional 90 lbs of lifting. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
