Preferred Education and Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team. • Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and components commonly used in automotive manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. • Solid knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols relevant to industrial environments. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Experience and demonstrated familiarity with PLCs. • Flexibility to work in shifts, overtime, and respond to emergency situations as required. • Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in industrial electrical maintenance or relevant field is preferred. • Journeyman or master electrician's license is highly preferred.
