OUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: • Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities • Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes • Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism • Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible • Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers • Maintain production volume and efficiency • Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when needed OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have 1 year of Industrial Electrical experience. Proficient in the use of voltage mutli-meter, mega ohm meter, and amperage meter to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment electrical issues. • Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, troubleshooting, and sound decision making. • Strong and effective team communication. • Strong work and personal ethics. • Ability to deal effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to top management. • Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively in a team environment within and outside the Maintenance department. • Must be able to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift.
