Responsibilities: • Work with security and fire safety systems when needed. • Perform installations, troubleshooting, testing, and preventative maintenance especially on older systems. • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to guide repairs and upgrades. • Deliver timely, dependable service across multiple apartment communities (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided) • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in apartment units and common areas.
