Basic control wiring such as pushbuttons, limit, proximity, and photo switches. Basic troubleshooting control and motor circuits. Troubleshoot complex equipment such as Holzma, CNC, etc. Install and/or adjust variable frequency drives Install and/or adjust temperature controllers. Install and/or adjust burner control valves and motors Install and/or troubleshoot burner safety controls Install and/or adjust PLC’s. Program PLC’s. Basic navigation of CNC controls and their functions. Training Complete CPR & AED training BJVS machine shop or equivalent. BJVS welding or equivalent. BJVS electrical or equivalent. Complete NFPA 70E Arc flash training certification.
