Overview We’re looking for a skilled Electrician with experience in thermal process systems to support a variety of operations across our manufacturing plant. This role is hands-on and highly technical—ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with burners, and calibrating precision measurement equipment. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team driving reliability and efficiency in critical production areas. Duties • Install, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot thermal measurement equipment (thermocouples, RTDs, IR pyrometers, thermistors). • Configure, optimize, and maintain natural gas and air-fired burner systems. • Perform functional safety tests in accordance with NFPA-86 standards and local regulations. • Analyze thermal process data to determine control limits and optimize measurement sensitivity. • Identify and implement equipment and process improvements. • Interpret and work from electrical schematics, panel layouts, and mechanical drawings. • Collaborate with operations and maintenance to support uptime and process control. Requirements • Strong safety mindset with a passion for diagnosing and solving technical problems. • Experience with 120VAC and DC electrical systems. • Proven background reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings. • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or other industrial settings.
