Qualifications & Requirements • Valid Journeyman License for a C-10 company as required by the DIR. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical service, maintenance, or industrial environments. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with modern test equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, clamp meters, etc.). • Proficiency reading electrical schematics, blueprints, panel layouts, control circuits, and as-built drawings. • Knowledge of NEC, California Electrical Code, local code requirements, and applicable safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E). • Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to travel to job sites. • Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, lift up to ~50 lbs (or more depending on site needs), work in confined spaces and at heights. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interface with clients and internal teams. • Reliable, self-motivated, disciplined, able to prioritize tasks and work independently. • Working Conditions & Environment • Field-based, full-time.
