WorkProject / Crew Leadership • Supervise or mentor journeyman/apprentice crews (day or night shift); coordinate daily jobsite activities with GCs, subcontractors, and owners. • Plan material take-offs, order parts, and stage tools/PPE to keep projects on-schedule. • Track labor hours, job costs, and change orders; input updates in project-management software. • Take periodic after-hours emergency calls and arrange night crews when needed. Qualifications Education & Licensing • Valid California Journeyman Electrician License (or ability to obtain quickly). • High-school diploma or GED required; trade-school certificate or AA/AS in Electrical Technology preferred. • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Experience • 8+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience, including at least some foreman, superintendent, or crew-lead responsibility. • Proven track record delivering projects such as offices, retail, educational facilities, and distribution centers. Technical Mastery • Deep working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70E practices. • Proficient in blueprint reading, conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and commissioning. • Advanced troubleshooting of high-voltage gear, PLCs, lighting-control systems, and Title 24 compliance.
