Maintain & Upgrade: Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of all electrical and computer systems, staying current with industry advancements. Collaborate: Work closely with maintenance, operations, and external vendors to meet production goals while upholding the highest safety standards. Plan: Identify capital projects, repair needs, and system improvements while maintaining adequate inventory for critical systems. Control Costs: Manage the electricity and controls portion of the maintenance budget effectively. ________________________________________ Requirements: A valid Journeyman License in Oregon (or eligible for reciprocity). 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with leadership or supervisory background. Strong technical know-how in PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation (4-20 mA, 110V AC, 24V DC), and network communications. Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret technical drawings.
