Besides the perks, we offer an encouraging team environment here at Marvin. $7500 Sign-On Bonus Highlights of your role: • Ensure compliance with electrical and building codes including but not limited to Intertek/UL. • Provide recommendations for preventative maintenance and solutions for problematic issues to enhance equipment and facility effectiveness to ensure safety, reduce downtime, increase efficiency and quality. • Research potential components, evaluate performance and make recommendations to ensure our equipment and facilities perform at a high level and cost effectively. • Assist in Project Management for special building and machine projects. Serve as an electrical consultant to Marvin facilities and outside contractors including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, Roofing, Johnson Controls. • Building and managing relationships internally and externally is of the utmost importance for all aspects of this position. Train and mentor others to ensure we win as a team. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): • Preferred mechanical knowledge includes: pneumatics/hydraulics, electrical diagrams and systems, controls, sensors and PLC's Also want to make sure you have: • Associates degree or equivalent experience Electronics (or related field) and/or five or more years related experience required • Must possess proficient mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to read and understand schematics and diagrams.
