Initial Setup of the System • Able to set up IP Addresses o VFDs, HMI, Stratix Switch, Banner Safety Monitor, PLC, Remote IO, Beckhoff PC • Able to download a program to the PLC and HMI. • Able to get online with PLC and navigate the program. • Able to jog motors from HMI or program if no HMI is present. o Check rotation and change rotation of a motor. • Able to test devices and understand if they are functioning properly. io Gatestops and Start/Stop buttons.
