Key Responsibilities: • Lead Projects: Manage installations and repairs at commercial and industrial sites, including lighting, power systems, and more. • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial facilities. • Conduit & Wiring: Install, bend, and run conduit; assist with wiring Tenant Improvements (TIs) when necessary. • Parts & Equipment Management: Plan and order materials and equipment for projects. • Customer Relations: Be professional, presentable, and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and office personnel. • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate service records, including timekeeping and materials management. • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and work with materials up to 50 lbs., and operate necessary equipment safely.
