What you’ll do • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently. • Troubleshoot electrical issues using ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. • Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion. • Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks as needed. • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and NEC standards. • Provide maintenance person services as required for various renovation projects. Basic qualifications • Proven experience as an electrician in both commercial and industrial settings. • Strong understanding of low voltage and high voltage systems. • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations. Preferred qualifications • Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). • Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques. • Prior experience on construction sites is highly desirable. • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team. Travel package is provided. • Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through. • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision. • Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments. • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • High standard of integrity and professionalism.
