Master Electrician Essential Duties: To install or maintain electrical systems for production equipment or facilities in accordance with Minnesota State Building and Electric codes and provide guidance and direction to the facility with safe electrical practices. • Work from electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and machine schematic diagrams, drawings, and specifications. • Provide electrical expertise and maintenance. • Performs troubleshooting, repair, modification, and installation tasks. • Use oscilloscopes, voltmeter, strip chart records, ammeter, analog converters, amplifiers, and other diagnostic equipment to test circuitry and components. • Replaces, adjusts and calibrates components to align: control, machine components, pressure, and other apparatus to required operating specifications. • Completes all associated paperwork and recordkeeping as required. • Perform daily preventive maintenance of electrical circuits.
