You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): • A current Minnesota Journeyman’s Electrical License. • Prior experience performing electrical work in a facility or industrial setting. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Also want to make sure you have: • Experience using aerial lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and effectively. • Flexibility to shift between tasks and departments as needed. • Ability to train others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
