Equipment Associate Role This role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Equipment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth branch operation by providing labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel. Your primary objective will be to support the team in meeting customer needs while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. • You will be responsible for inspecting equipment for damage, hours used, mileage, and fuel level upon return to the branch. • Inspect rental equipment for safety compliance and ensure it's in good working order. • Clean all equipment and maintain a clean work area. • Load and unload rental equipment and prepare it for rental. • Checkout and demonstrate equipment for customers, as well as drive a delivery truck to pick up and drop off equipment. • Other duties may be assigned as needed. Requirements • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is essential. • Effective communication, multitasking, and strong teamwork skills are necessary for this role. • Diligent attention to safety is crucial. • Superior customer service skills are expected. • The ability to frequently lift items up to 45 pounds is also required.
