Experience • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
