Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Traveling Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded commercial carpenter with a proven specialization in finish carpentry and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. As a Traveling Carpenter, you will be a key member of our project site teams, responsible for executing complex carpentry tasks to the highest standards. This position requires extensive travel to project sites across the US on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities: • Hands-On Execution: Perform a wide range of commercial carpentry tasks with a strong focus on high-quality finish work, including installation of doors, frames, hardware, millwork, cabinetry, trim, and specialty fixtures. • Framing & Drywall: Competently execute framing and assist with drywall hanging as required by the project scope. • Layout & Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately lay out work and ensure precise installations. • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Site Supervisor and other crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. • Quality Control: Uphold Trimerge’s standards for excellence by performing self-inspections of your work to ensure a high-quality, defect-free installation. • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and the entire team. • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and report on-site issues to the Site Supervisor, offering practical solutions where possible to keep the project moving forward. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial carpentry. • Demonstrated expertise in finish carpentry, including millwork, casework, and architectural hardware installation. • Proficiency in framing and a solid understanding of related trades (drywall, acoustical ceilings). • Ability to read and interpret commercial construction blueprints and specifications is mandatory. • Strong understanding of job site safety requirements and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as part of a larger team. • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for extended periods is a firm requirement of this position. • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. • OSHA 10 certification is a plus. General Maintenance Worker with Carpentry

• *Position requires strong knowledge of/experience with the carpentry discipline** The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. The work will involve a variety of the following duties: using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceiling, painting structures and equipment; repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks, replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles, hanging doors and installing door locks, replacing broken window panes, and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery and other general work assignments.
