Framer Carpenter Laborer

Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves hands-on work across various aspects of building projects, including framing, finishing, and site preparation. Duties • Erect metal buildings and structures with precision and adherence to schematics and blueprints • Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation for foundation and structural work • Execute masonry tasks such as stucco, siding, and plastering to enhance building exteriors and interiors • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on-site • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction processes • Manage framing tasks including woodworking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing installations • Assist with remodeling and restoration projects by removing old materials and installing new components • Work with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure safety standards are met • Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction site operations Skills • Proven experience in construction sites with knowledge of carpentry, masonry, roofing, and siding • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings • Ability to perform concrete finishing, rebar installation, framing (including metal stud framing), and plastering • Skilled in metal building erection, remodeling, restoration work, and siding applications • Capable of heavy lifting and working on-site for extended periods in various weather conditions • Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites including OSHA standards • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions from project managers or supervisors This position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction who seek to grow their expertise across multiple trades within the industry.
