Responsibilities • Assist in framing, trim carpentry, and drywall installation according to project specifications • Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively • Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks • Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing as needed • Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, and stucco finishes • Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, or other specialized restoration tasks • Handle heavy lifting and material movement around the job site • Perform demolition or removal of existing structures when required • Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met Experience • Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as remodeling, flooring installation, tile laying, or electrical work is preferred • Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing is advantageous • Hands-on experience with carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and fixture setup • Familiarity with water damage restoration industry practices or mold remediation is a plus • Experience with CNC fabrication or manufacturing processes can be beneficial • Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed • Valid experience in plumbing or electrical systems is desirable but not mandatory This role requires a motivated individual with strong craftsmanship skills and a commitment to safety.
