I expect applicant to have reliable transportation preferably a truck. I also expect applicant to have skilled carpentry hand and power tools including drills/ drivers, circular saw, reciprocating saw, nailguns. Bonus would be portable table saw and miter saw etc. We do lots of renovations on older New Orleans homes. Pay will be based on experience/ performance which will be determined on the job.
