This role combines general building maintenance with specialized craftsmanship, ensuring all doors, frames, and architectural hardware are installed, maintained, and repaired to exact specifications. The specialist performs preventive maintenance, completes repairs efficiently and safely, and contributes to a secure, well-maintained environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
