Carpenter/Laborer

Duties: • Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including but not limited to framing, drywall, cabinet installation, door hanging, trimming, etc. -- new home construction carpentry. • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements. • Fabricate and assemble structures and fixtures using hand and power tools. • Install windows, doors, and other fixtures. • Repair and restore damaged structures or components. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Preference: (We will train the right candidate!) • Proven experience as a carpenter in the restoration industry or similar field. • Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools. • Strong knowledge of construction • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
