Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Framer Carpenter to build ADU and 200 Sq foot wood sheds start to finish, floors, walls, roofs, door and window in each 200 sg ft shed at 15 ft tall finished with siding and roof shingles. Insulated walls and possible drywall inside finish and wood siding finish inside and outside. Responsibilities • Build complete ADU 14 x14 shed buildings in backyards of customer homes and build sheds 200 sq feet at the yard complete ready for delivery to houses in Arizona and Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct frameworks. • Erect wood framed buildings and install wood studs with precision, ensuring structural integrity. Must have skill saw and some tools and nail gun • Build concrete forms for foundations, walls, and other structures using appropriate formwork techniques. • Install rebar reinforcement in concrete structures following engineering specifications for strength and safety. • Perform framing tasks including woodworking, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and stucco application to meet project requirements. • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently during construction activities. • Execute masonry work such as laying bricks or blocks when required for structural or aesthetic purposes. • Conduct welding tasks for metal components when necessary to ensure secure connections. • Manage construction site activities including heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment. • Collaborate with construction management teams to adhere to project timelines and quality standards. • Assist with restoration or remodeling projects by applying skilled carpentry techniques. • Follow safety protocols rigorously while working with heavy equipment or at heights on roofing projects. • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and progress updates throughout each project phase. Qualifications • Proven experience in framing carpentry within construction sites; familiarity with wood building erection preferred. • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. • Skilled in concrete forming techniques and rebar installation for structural concrete projects. • Competent in masonry work, roofing systems, siding installation, plastering, and stucco application. • Ability to operate hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; heavy equipment operation skills are a plus. • Experience with welding processes for metal components; knowledge of schematics related to structural steel is advantageous. • Excellent understanding of construction management principles; capable of coordinating multiple tasks efficiently. • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights; comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance at all times. • Valid certifications in construction safety or specific trade skills are preferred but not mandatory.
