About the Role We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with hands-on experience working with concrete or steel or wood (or a combination of them) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to perform a wide range of carpentry and formwork tasks across civil, residential, and public works projects in the Las Vegas area. Key Responsibilities • Perform carpentry work involving formwork, framing, finishing, and structural installations. • Construct, install, and repair frameworks and structures made from wood, steel, and concrete forms. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. • Work with other trades to ensure proper alignment and fit of structural components. • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site. • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Carpenter in construction, preferably with knowledge in concrete, steel, and wood applications. • Ability to read technical documents and blueprints. • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and best practices. • Physical strength, stamina, and attention to detail. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
