Under general supervision, performs all or any combination of semi-skilled painting, concrete or carpentry duties related to the construction, maintenance, and/or repair of district buildings and facilities. Performs other duties as assigned. High school equivalency and two years' as Maintenance Carpenter II or five years of progressively semi-skilled painting, concrete or carpentry duties related to the construction, maintenance, and/or repair of buildings and facilities. N/AA negative drug test is required as a condition of employment. Employees must notify supervision when applying for a position.
