Finish Carpenter/Installer

Overview We are seeking a Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry and construction, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes in residential and commercial projects. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of various structures and components, ensuring that all work meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. Duties • Utilize power tools to perform precise cuts and installations. • Execute frame carpentry tasks, including framing walls, roofs, and other structures. • Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and square. • Work on construction sites to complete projects according to specifications. • Assemble cabinetry, trim work, and other finish elements with attention to detail. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. • Address water damage restoration needs as required. • Apply stucco finishes where applicable. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Experience • Proven experience as a carpenter, particularly in finish carpentry roles. • Familiarity with various power tools and hand tools used in carpentry. • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to construction sites. • Experience in water damage restoration is a plus but not mandatory. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship in all aspects of work. Construction Laborer-Southern Utah

Job Summary: A Construction Laborer is responsible for general laborer duties on construction sites. They may prepare sites by cleaning them, loading, or unloading materials, digging trenches, compacting earth, and removing hazards. Construction Laborers are essential to highway construction, utility construction, and environmental remediation. Pay: $18-$20 Depending on experience! Skills and Qualifications: • Those with an education and/or work-related credential from a secondary or post-secondary educational system will be given preferred interview status (Precision Exams, NOCTE, etc.). • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Display a willing attitude to learn from others. • Possess a strong sense of personal responsibility. • Focus to work safely in close proximity to heavy equipment and underground utilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Applicants must possess a valid U.S. driver's license. and have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Physical Requirements: • Able and willing to work long hours including day, night, weekend shifts as needed, and work outside of normal hours. • Able to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. • Able to work in outside environments being subjected to weather changes, noise, vibrations, and job hazards. • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
