Our growing company is looking for a hard-working and skilled construction worker to help bring our construction plans to life! Under our construction manager’s direction, you will work alongside a team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, and apply your knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment to keep the project on track. You must have previous job-site experience, an OSHA10 card, or be willing to acquire it, and have a great work ethic. If this sounds like you, apply now! Responsibilities: Properly dispose of debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean and meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements Aid tradesmen, sub-contractors and craft workers such as painters, roofers, plasterers, carpenters, and electricians, as necessary Transfer, carry, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, lumber, tile, saws, grout, etc. Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as needed Qualifications: Possess a valid drivers license Able to work in inclement weather like extreme temperatures, rain, etc. Both physical stamina and physical strength are essential High school diploma or equivalent is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • Construction: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person

Trim Carpenter

The Trim Carpenter position is a critical piece of the project success working directly with our Construction team. This person will be performing top tier finish carpentry and custom work, working with other talented carpenters, and supported by a high paced ambitious management team. Responsibilities include: · Use creative and critical thinking skills to diagnose and formulate plans for necessary work. · Perform Carpentry work, including floating shelves, custom millwork, framing, trim, cabinet installation, setting doors and windows, and other tasks. · Miscellaneous tasks include finish work, punch list items, painting, hanging mirrors, installing bathroom accessories, etc. · Conduct warranty repairs from our original scopes of work. · Work with other construction team members to assist in significant projects preconstruction as needed to develop scopes of work and timelines · Maintain all assigned job sites daily, including disposing of construction debris, organizing materials, breaking down boxes and packaging, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. · Installs, maintains and replaces protective materials on job sites to prevent damage, including plastic walls, ram board, OSB, etc. · Organizes worksite materials, tools, and stages items safely and effectively for maximum efficiency. · Assists in procuring and delivering tools, equipment, and materials from suppliers to the worksite. · Maintains Eberson trailers by cleaning, organizing, and rearranging items (products, tools, etc) as needed to be most effective for efficient business operations. · Posts daily relevant information into project management software including photos, job logs, and updates. · Utilizes and maintains Eberson tools, and equipment to perform job duties and follow all related procedures (inventory, reporting, permissions, etc.). · Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure work is done safely and without affecting other workers or clients. · Maintain accurate records of time and expenditures regarding hours worked, materials purchased, and miles driven, utilizing systems in place.
