Learn more about us at: https://www.allprocedarcity.com/ As a Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman, you will oversee and execute carpentry tasks on residential remodeling projects. You will manage a team of tradesmen, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of carpentry work on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. • Manage and mentor a team of carpenters, assigning tasks, providing training, and maintaining a positive work environment. • Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, finish carpentry, and other tasks like sheetrock, paint, plumbing, and electrical. • Ensure all carpentry work meets company standards and client expectations, performing quality checks throughout the project. • Effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success. • Prioritize job site safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections. • Assist in the development and implementation of project schedules. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on the job site. • Maintain accurate records of labor and material costs for each project. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction (2 or more trades). • Proven leadership and team management skills. • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Strong work ethic and attention to detail. • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • OSHA certification is a plus.
