Projects range from residential new builds and remodels to commercial new builds, with sizes varying from a few thousand to several million dollars. Responsibilities • Complete commercial new builds with metal and wood framing • Measure and cut materials accurately • Install studs and hang and finish drywall • Perform trim work and finish carpentry • Read and interpret blueprints • Install doors and metal studs • Utilize tools such as hand tools, drills, reciprocating saws, and tool belts Essential Skills • Proficiency in construction and carpentry • Experience with framing and finish carpentry • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Skilled in using tape measures and other measuring tools • Experience with metal and wood framing Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with rough carpentry • Knowledge of finishing techniques • Ability to work on ladders and lifts • Comfortable working with small or large teams to complete projects Why Work Here?
