Experienced Carpenter

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a wide range of carpentry skills. Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings - Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to specifications - Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding - Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools and power tools - Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure they meet quality standards - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Carpenter in the industry - Proficient in various carpentry skills including plastering, construction painting, tile laying, concrete forming, trim carpentry, flooring installation, etc. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
