Rough Blade Operator Job Key Responsibilities: This position involves the safe operation of a motor grader to perform initial leveling and rough grading of land. You will be responsible for reading site plans, maneuvering the grader to remove large amounts of dirt and rocks, and ensuring the safe operation of heavy machinery while coordinating with other crew members on the project.
