Learn more at www.buildwithjjl.com Key Responsibilities • Lead residential construction projects from plans/specifications through final punch list • Interpret blueprints and manage crews to execute scopes of work efficiently • Organize and direct daily field operations to ensure high quality, safety, and productivity • Oversee and assist with framing, painting, flooring, cabinet installs, window and door installation, base and trim work • Manage jobsite schedules, updates, and documentation using project management software • Communicate effectively with internal staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients • Identify and solve jobsite issues using strong critical thinking and decision-making skills • Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites • Train and mentor field team members • Represent JJL professionally in all client and team interactions Qualifications • Minimum 7 years of hands-on residential construction experience • Ability to manage projects and crews independently • Proficient in framing, finish carpentry, flooring, window and door installation, and cabinet setting • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities • Able to read and interpret blueprints and plans • Familiarity with construction management software or willingness to learn • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits • Year-End Bonus • Safety Equipment Provided • Uniforms Provided • Onsite Training and Mentorship • Employee Rewards & Prizes • Company Events and Team Building Schedule • Monday - Thursday • 10-hour workdays (typical) • Full-time position Location • Onsite • Primary projects throughout the local region • Occasional travel required; per diem provided for travel jobs Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
