Carpenter / Construction Apollo Professional Cleaning and Restoration is a fast-paced growth oriented company who is seeking motivated individuals. We are an established 40+ year old Cleaning and Restoration Company with a solid reputation for quality customer care and responsiveness throughout Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Job Duties: (Including, but not limited to) • Work with customer and estimator to complete change orders as necessary. • Prepare and complete punch list items at the end of the project if applicable. • Resolve conflicts, warranty issues and other complaints as needed. • Participates in company functions and events. • Uphold all company policies, procedures and safety policies. • Will have knowledge of rough and finish carpentry skills, construction drawings/blueprints. • Knowledge of a broad range of construction methods and techniques. • A basic understanding of all trades relevant to residential construction. • The ability to understand proposals, work orders, change orders, and all other project related documents. • Ability to interact and communicate well with the production team, subcontractors and customer throughout the job. • Will perform all construction / carpenter work related duties to each specific job. Requirements: • Required Qualifications: Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills. Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the shop and in the field when they arise • Must be able to work without supervision. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and relationship skills • Ability to lift 50+ pounds. • Ability to read, interpret and communicate oral and written instructions. • Ability to exercise judgement and act independently. • Ability to operate mechanical / carpentry equipment. • Ability to hang drywall and mud. • Ability to paint. • Ability to cut trim, baseboards and crown molding. • Ability to install ceramic, tile and grout, carpeting and wood flooring. • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical. • Strong multi tasking skills. • Ability to react well under pressure. • Able to prioritize and plan work activities. • Must be reliable and on time. • Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
