BIM Professional We are looking for a skilled BIM professional to fill this key role. • Coordinate designs from engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to guarantee a conflict-free construction plan. • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to create a comprehensive model delivery strategy and facilitate clash detection sessions focused on streamlining the construction process and improving outcomes. • Establish and manage complex building models involving multiple disciplines and departments. Models are hosted in the cloud and span across different teams. • Maintain high-quality and consistent results in Revit family modeling, model integrity checks, and BIM 360 / ACC Docs upkeep. • Incorporate factory layouts and production models into the overall engineering and vendor designs. • Verify model accuracy, completeness, and spatial coordination, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to project deadlines. • Offer both leadership and design expertise to support precise and reliable BIM models. • Deliver finished, as-built models to facilities teams to aid in commissioning, maintenance, and operations. Implement cutting-edge BIM technology and oversee its adoption within the organization. • Develop and maintain BIM standards documents for projects. • Oversee content creation and management for applications, including custom parametric content development for Revit and workflow optimization.
