•Repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to: replacing rotten wood, maintaining electrical wiring and some plumbing, performing small demolition jobs. •Assist with installations and/or replacements - simple to complex projects. •Assembly of various trade goods. •Operate or tend to powered equipment. •Paint, drywall, tile, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general handyman jobs. •Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
