This position includes installing trim, flooring, cabinetry, and some framing additional work outside of daily responsibilities would possibly include any after-hours calls. Responsibilities • install materials based of scope of work set by 1-800 Water Damage estimators/ insurance adjuster. • Manage Construction site and Carpenters daily scheduling. • Update RMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer. • Update XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily. • Communicate effectively to customers, insurance adjusters, internal and field staff. • Job done on time & to the customer’s satisfaction. • Gain in knowledge of trade in fire, water & mold damage restoration and reconstruction. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED. • Possible experience within the industry. • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record. • Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability. • Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear. • Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
