Starting Pay is based upon experience, beginning at $19-$23/hour. With pay increases at the 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month marks for full-time employees. Pay will then be evaluated every 6 months based on performance and the acquisition of necessary skill sets. Applicants must have a current driver's license. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Construction experience is preferred. Over the course of 2-4 years, depending on current skill sets and natural aptitude, I will train the applicant to be a fully functioning remodel carpenter with the skills necessary to perform all aspects of the trade. This skill set is highly sought after, transferable, and lucrative. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Commitment to showing up on time and being ready to work. • Commitment to providing our customers with quality work and the utmost in customer satisfaction, on a daily basis. • General Labor • Setting up Scaffolding • Setting up the job site with appropriate tools and work areas • Cleaning up the job site regularly • Learning to perform the Trade Work(s) of: General and Trim Carpentry, Light Residential Electrical, Light HVAC Work, Drywall and Plaster Work, Painting, Tile Work, and other various applications of cosmetic finishes.
