Construction Laborer Location: Arkansas Reports to: Supervisor, Construction Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of telecommunications construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment. • Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling. • Safely operate hand tools and equipment such as wrenches, drills, ladders, and saws. • Assist in the installation and repair of aerial telecommunications cables. • Work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman or Supervisor. • Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: • Previous experience in construction or telecommunications is preferred but not required. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. • Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Valid driver's license is preferred.
