They will work under limited supervision and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics and locally generated instructions. Must be familiar with OSHA and NEC standards. Will be required to follow work procedures, work on facilities and production equipment, as well as perform general maintenance. Must understand and be able to work on all Production and Facility equipment. This position will be in Camden, Arkansas. Essential Functions: + Must be willing to work a seven on seven off shift and nights. + Plans, designs and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, construction and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities + Considerable knowledge and understanding of service and installation processes of industrial equipment. + Qualification for respirator and breathing air devices and work on fire/rescue teams. + Continued education in a maintenance discipline and cross training into other disciplines within the department will be required as needed. + Available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and be on call as required. + Must be willing to work a seven on seven off shift and nights. + Safety and environmentally conscious. + Valid state issued Driver's License. + 60%- Perform facilities maintenance duties, Carpentry, Flooring, Sheet Rock etc. + 20%- Install new equipment. + 10%- Conduct preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, electro-mechanical and mechanical work. + 5%- Repair HVAC equipment, general Electrical Maintenance, Production machinery upkeep/ repair / maintenance, general welding, millwright activities or carpentry. + 5%- General shop upkeep, cleaning, and/or organizing. Required Qualifications: + Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior maintenance experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior maintenance experience. Desirable Qualifications: + Training from a trade school or college is a plus. + Strong experience / training in one of the following: Mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, and/or Electrical. + State License in any of these fields is a plus.
