Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our team in the construction and restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in carpentry, construction, and restoration techniques. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and materials, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks on construction sites, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and resource needs • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans • Conduct fabrication tasks related to woodworking and metal stud framing • Carry out roofing, siding, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation • Participate in water damage restoration projects, including mold remediation • Assist with plumbing, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical work as needed • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and other physical tasks • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently within deadlines Experience • Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration • Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols • Hands-on experience with various construction techniques including remodeling and assembly • Knowledge of caulking, stucco application, construction painting, and CNC operations is preferred • Previous maintenance person experience is a plus; ability to adapt to various tasks is essential This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will contribute to meaningful projects.
