Job Description Manager, Field Services - Wind Turbines Location: Remote Position Overview As the Manager, Field Services you will provide day-to-day management of Field Service personnel. You will be responsible for supporting the guidance and technical needs of major component, blade repair, site support, and new site start-up teams. Responsibilities • Scheduling and oversight of Field Service personnel responsible for wind turbine major component repair and replacement, and general site support. • Oversee scheduling and provide guidance to employees and contractors responsible for new site start up • Effectively work with onsite Operations and Maintenance Managers, Regional Directors, Asset Management, Construction Management and Engineering to communicate current and future scopes of work. • Coordinate Field Service personnel to ensure staff is trained and prepared to support operations. • Clearly communicate site safety, productivity, schedules, budgets, and work scope issues. • Represent Invenergy to internal and external stakeholders. • Manage and oversee contractor safety and quality on various scopes of work. • Recruit, select, train, and manage Field Services personnel. • Provide a high level of professionalism and technical expertise. Mig-Welder

We are looking for a highly driven individual that will perform mig-welding on tower sections. This person will perform weld internal components and perform repairs in tower sections and ensure quality prior to submitting for inspection by quality. This person will be required to work on projects alone or in a team environment. Responsibilities: • Work from the directions of the supervisor to move Wind Tower sections, set up and operate the mig welders, Follow and complete daily build schedule. • Weld, grind, and repair each Wind Tower section prior to presenting it to the Quality Inspectors. This person will also repair all weld defects as directed by the Quality Inspectors • Perform most of the work individually. Essential tools and welding equipment will be provided, however, accountability and maintenance will be the employee’s responsibility • Work timely and expeditiously to deliver an on-time product without manufacturing errors • Perform other duties as directed by leaders and management • Clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding • Actively participate in department safety, demonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all safety policies and procedures. Field Service Technician – 100% Travel (Rotational Position 4 weeks traveling, 1 week off)

Job Description As a Field Service Technician – 100%, you will be responsible for performing and training on major component replacements and repair services as needed across the Invenergy fleet. Assure all operations and maintenance activities are performed in a safe manner consistent with established Invenergy policies and procedures. You should expect to travel away from home for 4-week intervals while returning home for a week of time off.
