Position Overview: Seeking skilled and motivated Fabricators & Welders to join our dock installation & lake services team. Our Fabricators & Welders build boat docks, dock walkways & dock accessories along with structural steel systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers while ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Primary Responsibilities • Determine if all parts and materials are present. • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches. • Assemble tools and materials. • Position parts and subassemblies. • Interpret measurements. • Verify specifications. • Assemble components. • Ensure all parts are fitted and attached properly. • Help resolve assembly and production issues. • Complete preventive maintenance. • Ensure the work environment is clean and safe. • Report errors in the product line. • Check stock to ensure inventory is replenished. • Place orders for supplies. • Participate in product development. • Build prototypes and test products.
