This will include: • Welding raw materials in one of five phases or “cells” designed to construct the exceptional framework for our high quality and durable trailers. • Interpreting complex build orders to prepare and construct standard and custom trailers to appropriate specifications. This may involve capably handling related power tools such as a grinder, chop saw, Oxygen and Acetylene torch and other general hand tools. • After training, this role will demonstrate a consistently safe, efficient and accurate work environment. • All finished work production will consistently meet high quality control standards. • This role is expected to learn and become proficient in other production roles in order to support the entire production team as needed.
