Addictive Desert Designs is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry and is currently seeking a Welder/Fabricator. This position is eligible for our *Performance Driven Bonus Program*. Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for fabricating laser cut automated parts into welded assemblies, daily production tracking for build counts and flow, building complete assemblies from start to finish including grinding and finishing, MIG welding in quantity and may require minimal TIG welding (we offer TIG training). Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Weld a variety of steel structures per CAD print requirements. • Use a variety of basic manufacturing tools as needed per job specifications. • Read and understand product schematics. • Verify dimensions and product specifications. • Ensure that quality control standards are met. • Adhere to all safety standards. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities. • Knowledge of production welding and assembly workflows. • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, bending, cut off saws, and grinders. • Knowledge of welding and final assembly of complex sheet metal assemblies. • Self-motivated and respond timely to production metrics. • Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests. • Ability to speak English fluently. • Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy. Summary of Experience and Education • High school Diploma or GED. • Must be 18 or over • Minimum 1 year experience in Welding/Fabrication. • Minimum 1 year experience working in a production environment. Welder Line Bore - Full-time

Job Details Job Location: Chandler, AZ Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $28.00 - $33.00 Hourly Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades Description Overhauling and maintaining construction, mining, and aggregate equipment. Able to diagnose root cause of failure and repair back to oem standards. Ability to air-arch, weld, cut and grind. Able to perform field machining service (Line Boring) or willing to learn. Must have the ability to perform disassembly and assembly or machines to perform repairs. Must be able to operate a company owned service truck in unsupervised conditions. Willing to accommodate occasional overnight travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: · Diagnose all machine systems and components. · Determine appropriate parts necessary. · Change or rebuild machine components, as necessary. · Use pressure-washing equipment to clean machinery. · Ensure that machines are in safe operating condition Perform advanced welding, cutting, and grinding. · Change oil and filters on machinery. · Change ground engaging gear and attachments on machinery. · Read and understand parts and service books. · Maintain service records for machines. · Maintain and submit accurate driver logs. · Cleans tools and working area. · Able to interact professionally and courteously with customers. · Performs other duties as required.
